| mom's post Christmas day out at Trinoma |
And yes, my mom who is a big fan of all things sparkly and shiny was the one who insisted on catching this.We failed to watch this Merry Musical Lights and Sounds Show before Christmas, but it was a good thing that it ran until January 6, 2013. My mom knew about the schedule so even if Christmas has already passed, she was still raring to go.

My mom found out about this Merry Musical Lights and Sounds Show in Trinoma through the TV program "Ang Pinaka" on GMA News TV. It was ranked as third among their list of Christmas attractions within Metro Manila. As she relayed to me, Ayala's aim was to replicate the Christmas show in Makati, which became much talked about in 2011, to somewhere North so that it would be accessible to more people.
The Merry Musical Lights and Sounds Show lasted for 10 minutes, and featured 10 Christmas songs in an instrumental Christmas medley. Jiving to the beat of the songs are the Christmas lights in their changing colors and sparkle. Laser lights were present, too, just before the last song of the show.
I recorded it in video but I won't share it to you here so as not to spoil the fun. Are you like me who missed it for Christmas? You still have tonight and tomorrow night to see it for yourself. The 10-minute show show runs every 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM. And the best part? It's for free!
