New Yaohan's Food Court and the Emperor Hotel Macau

We arrived in Macau very hungry because our last meal was in the Philippines around 6:00 AM, and we had quite an adventure walking around and getting lost in Tsim Sha Tsui. It was already 1:00 PM then, and our tour guide was like a gift from the heavens because she knew exactly where to take us. She knew that we had a tight budget so she took us to the cheapest place to eat. The place was the food court in New Yaohan Department Store, and it was situated strategically just opposite the Macau Ferry Terminal.

New Yaohan's food court is located at the topmost floor of New Yaohan Department Store. It is an extensive food court and definitely there are lots of restaurants to choose from. And the best thing about it? There are those with prices below 50 HKD. This price range for meals is already cheap in Hongkong and Macau standards. I had breaded pork chop and drinks for lunch for 35 HKD.

Just right beside it is the Emperor Hotel Macau. We didn't get inside, but the displays outside were already more than enough to welcome us on the start of our journey.
